As you are all aware, the impact of Covid-19 is sending ripples across Australia, and indeed the world. The events industry has been hit particularly hard, with the government sanctions rightly banning all gatherings over 100 people. Every single one of our upcoming fundraising events have therefore been either cancelled or rescheduled. These are incredibly challenging times for both us at Fundraising Auctions/Experience It Now and the charities that we support.

As our clients take pause we will also be forced to take a moment to consolidate and minimise the impact of these sanctions on our business.

On that basis we will be unable to take new bookings until August 31st 2020. In return for your patience and understanding during these difficult times, any experience voucher due to expire after 1st March 2020 will be automatically extended for a further 9 months. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy your experience and create long lasting memories when this pandemic is behind us.

If you have already booked your voucher and would like to make any changes, you will need to contact your experience provider who is highlighted in your confirmation email. We will not be taking calls relating to bookings.

Please be aware that throughout this situation our phone lines and emails will be unmanned to minimise costs and protect our staff throughout this period. Please check our website for future updates about when we will be able to assist with your enquiry.
